Julia Bergh


Starting in August 2019, Julia joined the Financial Planning Department as a paraplanner. She is responsible for initial data entry and ongoing organization of case development to assist financial planners. Julia also provides ongoing support to advisors and their clients with onboarding onto Personal Financial View and managing client websites. Prior to coming to Baystate, Julia directed Smart About Money, UMass Amherst’s collegiate financial wellness program for which she provided curriculum, training, and management support as an undergrad. Julia is excited to expand upon her background in personal finance education as a member of the Financial Planning Department.


Major Job Responsibilities:

· Organize and input client data into planning software

· Effectively communicate with both clients and planners regarding initial stages of planning process

· Provide ongoing support to clients to maintain their website for the duration of the planning process

· Manage work flow between case writer and planners to ensure timely delivery of plans


Julia graduated from UMass Amherst in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Resource Economics and holds her Series 151 and 152 licenses.
