Dawn’s clients will attest to her sincere, constant desire to put their needs first. Dawn graduated with her B.S. from Quinnipiac University, where she was an All-American goalkeeper on the Women’s Soccer Team. Dawn ranks as the top goalkeeper in school history and holds school records for saves in a game, season, and career. In 2000, Dawn was inducted into the Quinnipiac Athletic Hall of Fame.
Dawn personal accomplishments, which are indicators of her professional drive and enthusiasm, include: Leadership Council for Broadway Cares/EFA, Mentor with Rosie's Theater Kids, 2014 Boston Marathon runner, Olympic Development Soccer Player, performing in Wicked on Broadway, Million Dollar Round Table every year since 2002, NCAA Goalkeeper of the Year, Coached Olympic Development Soccer Team in CT and Region I, Coached Wesleyan University Women’s Soccer, and Goalkeeper Coach Quinnipiac Women’s Soccer.
When life pushes you to the sideline, Dawn will get you back on the field, headed straight for your goals. Dawn is her clients’ financial Goalkeeper.

Arwen’s mission is to help people achieve their financial goals. Due to a collaborative and educational approach, her clients feel confident when faced with big decisions and prepared for the future. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from New York University, attained a Certificate in Fundraising and Development from Rollins College’s Crummer School of Business and is currently pursuing her CFP® designation.
Before transitioning to finance, Arwen worked for 20+ years in the arts and entertainment industry as a performer, producer, fundraiser and arts manager. Given her experience, she understands the unique challenges faced by artists when it comes to financial matters. She specializes in working with women, artists and the LGBTQ+ communities.
She lives in in the culturally rich Berkshires region of Western Massachusetts with her husband and their dog, Bodhi. She is an active member of 1Berkshire, Berkshire Business & Professional Women. Given a deep involvement in the non-profit arts sector, she serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors for WAM Theatre in Lenox, MA and on the Board of Directors for The Debate Society, a theatre company based in Brooklyn.

As a Financial Advisor, Ashley Bairos’ mission is to assist individuals, families and business owners in defining their finan-cial goals and achieving financial freedom. She is trained and licensed to provide financial solutions to her clients and prospects. Her goal is to become a lifelong resource to her clients, and she is dedicated to assisting them through the various stages of their financial lives.
At Baystate Financial, Ashley is able to utilize the team approach and draw upon the wealth of knowledge of her associates to create custom designed financial strategies for her clients. Ashley holds a Masters in Marine Ecology from Green Mountain College where she studied foraging habits of sea turtles in The Bahamas. After spending 10 years teaching, Ashley transitioned to the financial services industry in 2021.
When not serving clients, Ashley is a volunteer EMT in Stamford, CT and lives in Norwalk, CT with her 6-year-old Brittany Spaniel named Scout. She still enjoys coaching ice hockey from time to time but most of her free time is spent outdoors with her dog.
